Jen’s dedication to her clients runs deep. It is in her genes: both her father and grandfather were entrepreneurs involved in real estate, so she discovered her love for the business at a young age. To this day, one of her favorite possessions is her grandpa’s “Tempchin Real Estate” sign, which represents the Tempchin family’s dedication to helping real people achieve wealth through buying and selling real estate … from Washington DC to Maryland, and all the way to Hawaii.
Jen Tempchin is that remarkable combination of assertive negotiator, trustworthy, straight-shooting peer, and compassionate friend. Jen started her Maui real estate career in 2004, and has since closed tens of millions in sales. She’s been relentless in the pursuit of her education, because of the many bottom-line benefits to her clients.
